AXISCADES' subsidiary Mistral and Altera Forge Strategic Alliance

Mistral Solutions Private Ltd, (Mistral) a subsidiary of AXISCADES Technologies Limited (AXISCADES), a chip to product company and a pioneer in Defense, Electronics, Semiconductor and Artificial Intelligent (ESAI) applications, proudly announces a strategic partnership with Altera (an Intel Company) to advance high-performance computing solutions for mission-critical defense applications. This collaboration aims to leverage Altera Agilex™ 9 Direct RF FPGA technology to drive next-generation innovations in defense and aerospace industries.

The announcement was made at an exclusive Seminar organized by Mistral and Altera - "Advancing Mission-Critical Applications with Altera's Direct RF FPGAs" - at Bengaluru, on 04th March 2025. The event was witnessed by industry professionals, technology leaders, and defense experts from DRDO Labs, ISRO, HAL, and BEL among others. The Seminar featured a keynote address from Dr. B K Das, DG ECS, DRDO, who emphasized on the significance of Industry collaboration and its contributions to various DRDO programs. Following this, Sharadhi Babu, President of Defense Business at AXISCADES, outlined the company's strategic vision and technology roadmap for defense. He detailed AXISCADES' commitment to driving indigenous innovation in mission-critical solutions, emphasizing its expansion into next-generation defense capabilities.

Speaking on the partnership, Mr. D Murali Krishnan, CEO, Mistral Solutions, stated: "We are excited to join hands with Altera in accelerating defense technology innovation. This strategic collaboration will empower defense programs with high-performance computing, enabling realtime data processing and ultra-low latency communication. By integrating Altera Agilex™ 9 Direct RF FPGA technology into our solutions, we are set to revolutionize mission-critical applications with unparalleled processing power and efficiency."

Launch of VPX3U-AGRW027/014 Processing Cards

During the event, Mistral unveiled its state-of-the-art 3U VPX SOSA™ Aligned Processing Cards built around the Altera Agilex™ 9 Direct RF FPGA. Designed for rugged mission-critical environments, this cutting-edge processing card offers:

- High-performance computing with ARM Cortex-A53 HPS Processor
- Integrated 8-Channel ADC & DAC for real-time data acquisition
- Ultra-low latency and high-throughput processing with transceiver rates up to 58 Gbps
- Support for high-channel density processing requirements
- Full Board Support Package for seamless application development

"With the launch of our VPX3U-AGRW027 Processing Card, we are bringing best-in-class FPGAbased computing to mission-critical applications. Mistral's Technology Roadmap for Altera Agilex™ 9 Direct RF FPGAs

Mistral also unveiled its technology roadmap, which includes a pipeline of advanced products leveraging Altera Agilex™ 9 Direct RF FPGAs for mission-critical applications. These upcoming products are set to enhance Electronic Warfare (EW) Systems, Radar and Signal Intelligence (SIGINT), High-end Test and Measurement Equipment, 5G/6G Wireless Communication Infrastructure, and Space and Aerospace Signal Processing among others. With high-speed realtime processing, ultra-low latency, and rugged design, these cutting-edge solutions will empower defense, aerospace, and communication industries with next-generation capabilities.

Shares of AXISCADES Technologies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 776.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 739.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6449 in over 132 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 776.85 and intraday low of 740.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4965760.00.
