Amarnath Securities to Invest ₹100 Crore in Content Creation with Author & Filmmaker Dr. Deepak Singh

Amarnath Securities, a leading NBFC with diversified assets in the food, agro, and infrastructure industries, has announced its strategic foray into the media and entertainment sector. The company will invest ₹100 crore in collaboration with renowned author and filmmaker Dr. Deepak Singh to develop high-quality, meaningful content for global audiences.

Under the leadership of Mr. Chetan Patel, Managing Director of Amarnath Securities, the company has explored multiple investment opportunities in the entertainment industry before deciding to partner with Dr. Deepak Singh. Known for his compelling storytelling and expertise in biopics, Dr. Singh has worked on critically acclaimed films such as Soorma, Tiger, and The Bad President. His book The Fitness Machine, based on the life of Kiran Dembla, also left a lasting impression on Patel.

"After meeting several production houses and filmmakers, I was truly inspired by Dr. Deepak Singh's vision and storytelling skills," said Chetan Patel. The investment will focus on feature films, web series, and other high-quality entertainment content, with further strategic investments planned based on project success and distribution partnerships.

Shares of Amarnath Securities Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 11.71 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 11.16. The total number of shares traded during the day was 54667 in over 81 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 11.71 and intraday low of 11.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 632240.00.
