The Board of Directors of DCM Shriram Ltd has approved the declaration of 2nd Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25 on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company @ 180% (Rs.3.60/- per equity share of face value of Rs.2/- each). The Record Date fixed for the purpose of the said 2nd Interim Dividend shall be January 24, 2025. Further, the said Interim Dividend shall be paid/dispatched to all eligible shareholders on or before February 16, 2025.
