The Board of Directors of Emerald Finance Limited (the "Company"), at its meeting held today i.e. Saturday, January 18, 2025, has considered and approved the Interim Dividend of ? 0.06 per equity share on face value of ? 10/- per equity share for the Financial Year 2024-25.
The board also fixed the record date for the purpose of payment of dividend as Friday, January 31, 2025, and the interim dividend shall be duly paid within the stipulated timelines as prescribed under law.
