The Board of Directors of Control Print Limited in their meeting held today i.e January 18, 2025 has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 4/- per equity share (40%) on the face value of Rs. 10/- per share for the Financial Year 2024-25, and that the record date to determine the names of members eligible for receipt of an interim dividend will be January 24, 2025. The dividend will be paid on or after January 31, 2025.
