Brigade Group has announced the launch of Brigade Citrine, a residential project that sets new benchmarks in sustainable living. This high-rise township, located in Budigere Cross, Whitefield, Bengaluru is India's first truly net-zero carbon, residential development. The project has an estimated GDV of about ?500 Crores. The total size of the project site is around 4.3 acres and includes 420 thoughtfully designed 1,2,3 and 4 BHK homes.
To achieve Brigade Citrine's net-zero carbon goal, several innovative strategies have been implemented including the use of eco-friendly materials, energy-efficient designs, water conservation measures, and carbon offsetting initiatives. Among other benefits, the community will save around 8900 tankers of water annually and use renewable energy for 100% of the common area lighting, not only reducing the community's environmental impact but also enhancing the quality of life for its residents.
