The Board of Directors of Venus Remedies Ltd at its meeting held on 29.11.2024 approved the establishment of a wholly owned subsidiary in Hungary by its wholly owned subsidiary Venus Pharma GmbH, Germany to enhance market presence in eastern Europe. Shares of Venus Remedies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 306.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 302.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1931 in over 76 trades. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 307.50 and intraday low of 301.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 587467.00.
