Garware Technical Fibres Ltd has fixed Friday, January 03, 2025, as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the equity shareholders of the Company for issue and allotment of 4 (Four) new fully paid-up bonus equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for every 1 (One) existing fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each held by the members of the Company.
The Bonus Shares shall be allotted to the Members of the Company whose names appears in the Register of Members / Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositories as on the Record Date.
