Ashoka Buildcon Limited ("the Company") had submitted bid for the following Project to Bangalore International Airport Limited - 'Construction of Elevated Western Crossfield Taxiways (the "WCT"), apron and associated works (taxiway systems, pavement, drainage works, ancillary buildings and associated infrastructure facilities)' (Project)
The Company has signed an agreement for the said Project on November 29, 2024 with Bangalore International Airport Limited.
The accepted Bid Price for the Project is Rs.1,055.00 Crore, incl. GST.
Shares of Ashoka Buildcon Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 249.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 239.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 385508 in over 6186 trades.
