The Board of Directors of Nirmitee Robotics India Limited at its meeting held today, has approved the increase in Authorized Share Capital of the Company from Rs. 3,66,50,000/- (Rupees Three Crore Sixty Six Lakhs Fifty Thousand Only) divided into 3665000 (Thirty Six Lakhs Sixty Five Thousand) Equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten) each to Rs. 11,00,00,000/- (Rupees Eleven Crore Only) divided into 11000000 (One Crore Ten Lakhs) Equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten) each.
The board also approved the recommendation regarding issue of 3000990 Bonus Shares to the existing equity shareholders in the ratio of 05 new equity shares of Rs. 10/- each as fully paid for the 01 equity share held by them as on the record date which shall be fixed by the Board of Directors.
